Kristy embarked on her surveying journey at the age of 18, stepping into the role of a rodman within a survey crew. With over two decades of dedicated experience, she has honed her skills both in the field and behind the desk, contributing her expertise to a plethora of projects across the Pacific Northwest. Notable among these are her contributions to landmark infrastructural projects like the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and the 520 Floating Bridge.
